Aristolochia elegans is an unusual woody stemmed climber with large purplish flowers and large oval leaves. Needs to be greenhouse or conservatory grown with a minimum of 10°C in winter when the plant needs to be kept on the dry side. Very unusual vine that makes a great talking point. The plant in the picture flowering in its second year from our seed.
