Anthriscus sylvestris Ravenswing is a clump forming biennial or short-lived perennial with dark foliage providing a useful contrast in borders. The attractive dark purple-brown foliage and stems are followed in late spring to summer with lacy umbels of tiny white flowers, with small pink bracts. Pick out the best dark colours from the seeds discarding any green seedlings. Once established spreads easily from self sown seeds.
