Sturt's Desert Pea, is an Australian plant famous for its distinctive blood-red leaf-like flowers, each with a pronounced black centre. It is one of Australia's best known wildflowers native to the arid regions of central and north-western Australia. The plants require dry conditions and a sand/grit compost and watered very sparingly.
