A particularly attractive, medium-sized Agave, native to western Texas, that forms a tight rosette of well armed, bluish-grey leaves. It is one of the more cold hardy Agaves but needs a very well drained spot in full sun in the UK. Best to protect from extreme wet in the winter months.
